Important Note

The STARS Vigilant Site Registration Tool is for existing clients of STARS Vigilant. If you are not already a client of STARS Vigilant, please email our sales team at sales@stars.ca. We’d be happy to work with you to ensure we fit the right service with your needs.

STARS VIGILANT will process new site registrations, updates/changes, and site closures within 48 hours of receipt of your submission. We will confirm that your new site registration is active in our system and provide you with your site number at that time.

Registering your site with the STARS Emergency Link Centre (ELC) does not guarantee STARS will fly to your location. This is a physician-led decision that is based on injuries, weather and aircraft availability.

If you need your site registered immediately, please register your site by calling the STARS Emergency Link Centre (ELC) @ 1-888-888-4567 (Option 2) available 24/7.

As a reminder, registering your site with STARS VIGILANT complies with Alberta’s Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) guidelines but does not replace the OH&S requirement for a transportation plan. The STARS ELC is not a replacement for 9-1-1 or on-site medical services.

Please complete the form below to close a STARS VIGILANT site. Please provide the STARS Site ID and surface location details to ensure we are closing the correct site.

When the site is closed, the site number is still yours to use for up to 365 days. If you haven’t updated your site by day 366 the site number is returned to the pool and reissued.
