Tiffany Flynn brings over 17 years of dynamic leadership experience in marketing and product management to her role as Vice President, Brand and Revenue Generation at STARS.

As a dedicated and results-driven people leader, Tiffany brings together her expertise as a strategic marketer in leading successful go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and optimize brand allegiance.

At the core of Tiffany’s approach is her deep-seated belief in the power of storytelling and intentional brand development. She leverages her analytical acumen and customer-centric mindset to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences and drive meaningful engagement. Her vision and keen understanding of market dynamics have been instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand loyalty. Tiffany is eager to use her experience to propel STARS’ impact, ensuring the organization will continue to be there for the next patient.

Before joining the STARS executive team in 2024, Tiffany spent over 16 years at Shaw Communications Inc., where she steadily took on more leadership roles to drive success among both the consumer and business divisions. Prior to her current role, she also lent her expertise as a consultant to the SVP & CMO of Alberta Blue Cross, further expanding her repertoire of strategic insights. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Paul J. Hill School of Business at the University of Regina, specializing in marketing.

Beyond her professional life, Tiffany lives in Calgary with her husband and two children where she proudly takes on the title of dance mom and soccer mom.
