Tasha Giroux is the regional vice-president, business financial services in Alberta and Territories for the Royal Bank of Canada. She has held a variety of senior leadership roles since joining RBC in 1992. She has led teams in retail banking, commercial banking, and wealth management across Western Canada. Tasha obtained an MBA from Dalhousie University, a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from University of Winnipeg and holds the Personal Financial Planner designation. Her in-depth experience and understanding of financial services, business management and performance, and superior client service supports her commitment to giving back to her community. Tasha is passionate about advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, has extensive not for profit board and committee experience and enjoys being an active community volunteer.
