Noralee is Executive Vice President, External Affairs and Chief Sustainability & Legal Officer at Nutrien. She oversees several corporate functions including Legal, Integrity/Compliance, Sustainability, Government & Industry Affairs and Brand & Culture Communications across Nutrien’s operations in North America, Australia, Latin America, and Europe, with approximately 25,000 employees, over 20 mines/production facilities and 2000 Ag retail locations serving 500,000 farmers worldwide.
Noralee brings 30 years’ experience advising companies in many industries with a focus on board governance and strategic transactions.
Noralee has also held several leadership roles including board director or corporate secretary at several public companies and community organizations such as the Institute of Corporate Directors, Calgary Petroleum Club, and the United Way.
Noralee holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Juris Doctor, Law (with Great Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. She completed the Executive Leadership Program at Western University’s Ivey Business School in 2016 and holds an Alberta King’s Counsel Designation.
