Michael Guttormson is vice-president, general counsel and secretary of James Richardson & Sons, Limited, a position he has held since 2004. Prior to joining JRSL, Michael practiced corporate, commercial and securities law at MLT Aikins for 15 years following his graduation from the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Law. Michael serves on the boards of directors of a number of JRSL’s subsidiaries, including Tundra Oil & Gas Limited, Kingston Midstream Limited, Richardson Financial Group Limited and Lombard Realty Limited. He is also involved in the community through organizations such as the United Way and the Assiniboine Park Conservancy.
