Doug Anderson has served as president & CEO of Peavey Industries LP for the past 10 years, with 20 years of executive retail experience. Based in Red Deer, Alberta, Peavey Industries operates primarily through its national retail chain of corporate farm & ranch stores, Peavey Mart, and its wholesale division, Ace Canada. Between its retail and wholesale operations, Peavey Industries serves over 200 communities across Canada, and employs over 2,500 people. Peavey Industries LP is 100 per cent Canadian and employee owned.

In addition to his director role with STARS, Doug serves as director with the Red Deer & District Community Foundation and is a founding steering committee member for AB Seed (Alberta Social Economy Ecosystem Development). Peavey also supports the communities they serve through the PeaveyODC, a division of Peavey Industries designed to invest in economic development initiatives in small towns and rural communities across Canada.
