STARS Vigilant Site Registration Account Update FAQ

STARS Vigilant Site Registration exists to provide customers 24/7 access to a dynamic emergency response, guided by a STARS physician when appropriate.

The introduction of an annual fee will ensure our costs are optimized, allowing us to continuously improve our services to meet your needs and support STARS’ mission of providing critical care, anywhere.

Thank you for your ongoing support. Your voluntary donation allows us to fund our mission to provide critical care, anywhere. STARS Vigilant operates as a mission-aligned business within STARS and therefore the costs to deliver that service are separate from our donations. We rely on Site Registration fees to ensure the program remains sustainable.

If you no longer require your registered site or do not wish to pay the annual fee, please fill out the form below.

STARS is committed to providing critical care, anywhere and we will continue to partner with emergency services who will activate first responders when needed. If you choose not to continue with Site Registration, your existing sites will be closed and you will no longer have access to register your remote sites, which limits the information available to STARS should we be requested.

All sites will be billed together as one annual fee, on one annual invoice. You may pay by cheque, EFT or by credit card clicking here.
