STARS Vigilant Master Services Agreement Update FAQ

We have updated section 2.5 to address STARS limitation of liability in the event services are suspended due to non-payment.

Beginning in January, STARS Vigilant will be introducing a formal accounts receivable process to address outstanding balances that extend beyond the payment terms outlined in our MSA. Customers who do not pay outstanding balances within the time outlined in the late payment notices we deliver may have their services suspended until payment is received. STARS cannot be held liable for loss or damages, injuries or death that may arise due to suspension of services.

All funds generated through delivery of STARS Vigilant services help to fund our life saving mission.  There is an operational cost associated with our services and as such we must have a process in place to recover those costs.

This can be done over the phone by calling 403.516.4838. We will be introducing credit card payment via our website in January.
