The lottery that goes above and beyond is back with the return of STARS LOTTERY in Saskatchewan

Saskatchewan, May 28, 2024 – On May 29th,  STARS LOTTERY will be back in Saskatchewan, with more ways to participate and win than ever before. From midnight tonight until Aug. 1, 2024, people from across the province can buy their tickets for their chance to win thousands of prizes — including two million-dollar grand prize dream homes — and be a part of STARS’ mission to provide critical care, anywhere.

Whether it is toward upgrading our helicopters, enhanced training, or investing in emerging medical innovations, the generosity of people of Saskatchewan continues to make our work possible.” 

As STARS’ biggest annual fundraiser, STARS LOTTERY plays a vital role in the organization’s day-to-day missions —  typically generating well over one-third of the money we need to raise each year to fund the 24/7 mission operations of our two Saskatchewan bases. Additionally, every STARS LOTTERY ticket purchased supports STARS’ ongoing investments in leading-edge technology, research into new areas of care, hiring the best talent, and most importantly helping save more lives.    

With over 1,500  prizes to be won, valued at more than $3.6 million, the public can support STARS by purchasing tickets online at www.starslottery.ca or by calling 1-844-STARS-SK (782-7775). With tickets starting at only $60 each, STARS LOTTERY remains the among most accessible and affordable major charitable lotteries in the province.   

Top prizes this year include three exciting vacations, three thrilling vehicles, and two million-dollar grand prize dream homes located in Regina and Saskatoon, which will open to the public in July. The Bonus prize is a $100,000 travel credit; the Early Bird prize features a truck, toy hauler RV and a three-wheeled vehicle, all worth more than $235,000; and the Lucky STARS 50/50 will see one lucky winner take home half of up to $5 million cash. New for 2024, STARS is offering more ways to win with STARS Daily Cash – which includes 40 daily prizes of $10,000 each – totalling $400,000. Winners will be drawn for each of the prize pools on the following dates: 

• Wednesday, July 3 at 10 a.m. for the Bonus Draw 
• Tuesday, July 23 at 10 a.m. for the Early Bird Draw 
• Tuesday, August 13 at 10 a.m. for the Final Draw
