As a STARS pilot, you’ll operate the Airbus H145, one of the most advanced emergency medical helicopters in the world. From responding to critical incidents in the middle of the night to engaging in professional, high-intensity training sessions that simulate real-world mission scenarios, you’ll work alongside world-class paramedics, nurses, and physicians to make life-saving care possible.

  • Safety and Standardization – Adhering to the highest aviation standards and best practices.
  • Continuous Training – Ongoing development to maintain peak proficiency in EMS aviation operations.
  • Technology and Equipment – Utilizing industry-leading tools like Night Vision Goggles (NVG) and Synthetic Vision to enhance situational awareness and safety.

  3. Pilot Pathway Program – A specialized program designed for applicants who may not yet meet all our minimum requirements, providing a structured path to becoming a STARS pilot.
