What It Means to Work in the ELC – Critical Patient

As an Emergency Communications Specialist, you are the first point of contact in life-or-death situations, bringing together the right resources at the right time. In this role, you will manage logistics surrounding:

  • Coordination of STARS air ambulance dispatch, ensuring seamless communication between flight crews, hospitals, and EMS.
  • Mission tracking and support in real-time, using advanced communication and mapping technology.
  • Coordination of transport and care for critically ill and injured patients, facilitating virtual medical consultations with our team of critical care experts.
