STARS Critical Care & Transport Medicine Academy covers all the fundamentals of critical care transport medicine, ensuring basic entry level competency in all areas based on applicable professional nursing and paramedic standards. The Academy appeals to nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists and physicians who wish to prepare for a career in transport medicine.
Applications for the fall 2010 class have closed. This Academy will take place in September, 2010 and will be held in Edmonton, Alberta.
The next Academy will run from mid March to late June, 2011 with the residency and final assessment phases taking place in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Please keep checking this site for information on when application forms will be available for downloading.
